We are now taking entries for the 2010-11 NH Competition The entry fee is now confirmed as £10 for on line entries and £12 for postal entries. What we propose for the syndicate entries is to collect £12pp and enter online then use the additional £2 to give the club's best entry a small consolation prize after Aintree!

The basis of this year's syndicate will be as follows:

1. Entrants select their own 10 horses and send entry to Phil Evans at NRC, 53 Dalebrook Rd, Sale, M33 3LB to arrive by Thursday 11th November or alternatively send a cheque then e mail list of horses/numbers by noon on 11th November to info@northernracingclub.com. Please make cheques (£12 per line) payable to NRC.

2. Once the entry is made in this way all members are agreeing to share any prize money as set out under point 4 below.

3. Entrants with internet access will be sent a PIN code so they can track all of our entries on the Tote web site during the competition.

4. In the event of any entry winning prize money 50% will be retained by the entrant with the remainder shared amongst the other syndicate members

5. Any prize money will be shared pro rata based on the total entry fees paid to cover the syndicate entries e.g. a member submitting two syndicate entries will receive twice the prize share out of a member who submits one syndicate entry.

6. The top entry of the syndicate will receive a consolation prize based upon the no. of entries received x £2

Closing date for NH competition is Noon on Fri Nov 12th - as last year.

NB Two bonus entries can be added in the February window and these should be sent to the organiser by 20th Feb 2011 if possible - closing date for these to be regisetered is Friday 25th February.
