The 49's draw is for NWRC members undertaken monthly based on the National Lottery draw on the first Saturday of the month.

The Saturday Nap Challenge is our main Winter competition with between £350 & £400 of prizes avaialble each year. A nominal entry fee is levied to support club funds. The competition runs from Mid November to Late April the following year.

The North West Racing Awards are in their fourth year for 2005 based on results in the Regions Racetracks with awards for leading Jockeys, Trainers and Racehorses.

The Alex Bird Competition web site will be updated with results as the season progresses as well as rules and entry forms.
