ALEX BIRD TROPHY Rose lands the Aintree Prize.    The Grand National Meeting brought in the second leg of the Alex Bird Trophy Competition, and for some of us it proved as difficult as Cheltenham to find the winners, but not for Rose Spencer who was the clear victor with 140 points. Congratulations to Rose who collects £100 for her success and to the next two in the frame, Brendan O'Meara with 130 points and Gary Mellor on 120. So after two rounds, Rose is joint top with Harold Woodward on 235 points, with the pack not far behind.
